Standard room was a little small with no extra chair. CV19 restrictions closed the morning breakfast bar. Very clean and neat. Good location on the beach.

Nice clean modern hotel right by the beach. Good views of the sea. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful pine forest paths.

Avvio is AWESOME!

I stayed at Avvio for a week. And I got to say it's a hidden gem nestled amongst a slew of hotels and motels along the beach. What it may lack in terms of certain amenities. It more than makes up in relaxation, service, and quality. Got to give 2 thumbs up to the hotel staff! Along with the amazing view in our room, they made our choice to extend our stay at Avvio easy. Also definitely recommend their western breakfast buffet. It's worth it. Looking forward to my future stays here.

Enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Avvio hotel during the winter Olympics. The building was attractive and clean. The rooms were comfortable with great views of the ocean. The staff was excellent. The only downside was the food service. Breakfast was served each morning from 8am-930a and it was very good. But beyond that there is not much in the way of food and beverage to purchase. You can't get a cup of coffee except during breakfast. But overall a very nice stay.

Nice overall stay

Brand new hotel across the street from the beach. Stayed here during the 2018 Winter Oympics. Extremely nice staff that went out of their way to help us order food for our group of 12 late at night, held our luggage (a lot) after we checked out until our train at night, called us a taxis every time, etc. Rooms were new and some had very beautiful ocean views. Location is new so not every taxi driver new the location right away. Had to reference an older hotel next door to get to the right place. Lastly, similar to many international destinations that don't get a deluge of foreigners, easier if you speak a little Korean here.
