My husband was having surgery, and we had to be at the hospital at 4:30 a. The night lady Lisa was so helpful with our stay. I booked on line one night then want another night. Lisa went beyond her duties to make sure I didn’t have to worry about my room, while my husband was in surgery. She was care enough to ask how he was doing. That made me feel like a friend not her client. My stay was great. Also I forgot the lady name that was working on Sunday 2/14. She was helpful also. I called to let her know that we were running late for check in. She ensured us that it would be fine. I also asked her if I can get a room on the 1st floor. She wasn’t sure if there was any available, but when we got there. There was one ready for use. Thank you for a great and worry free stay.

I was a little worried when booking since it only had two stars! When we arrived, it was a very clean and updated hotel! Room had everything as described. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was in "to go" bags, as a result of Covid. Ample parking. Definitely needs a higher rating!!

Very nice and clean hotel. Located in a nice shopping district. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Really helpful front desk. I was stuck at work in a snow storm and this was the closest hotel. I would recommend to anyone and I'm sure I'll stay here again.

First impressions are important. The young lady who checked me in had much to be desired. My previous visits had much better representatives. Beyond that, I am quite pleased

Hotel was very clean, and the receptionist was very nice. There was a cigarette burn in the sheets, but it was clean so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was in to-go bags. There were three choices: muffins, danish, and breakfast sandwich. I picked the breakfast sandwich option, which included a Jimmy Deans sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich; a bag of sliced apples, and a can of orange juice. I went to microwave the sandwich in my room, but my microwave's start button was broken. The people at the front desk kindly microwaved my sandwich for me. I appreciated that this hotel still offered the free breakfast and found a way to serve it.

This was a short stay for me. I was in town to pick my son up from college. I usually stay overnight because it’s a 6 hour drive there and another 6 hours back. This was my first time staying at this hotel. I’ve seen it many times but never stayed. It’s directly across the street from my son’s school so I chose it because of it’s location. The hotel was great! Check in went smoothly. It was clean and very comfortable. I’ll definitely return.

The staff here were so unpleasant, they wouldn’t even greet you upon arrival or departure. It made you feel totally unwelcome. After waiting for a couple minutes to check in, I believe a housekeeper went and woke up the front desk person to come help us, she was not sociable at all. No one comes to even collect garbage from the room even after asked and told to leave it in room. They come at 0900 to clean the room when check out isn’t until noon. They also do not currently have their buffet breakfast or even a hot breakfast, it’s currently substituted with a muffin and a granola bar in a bag. The pool is only open for an hour reservation per day. Will not be returning here.

It was a great stay. Friendly staff, abundance of amenities, super clean, modern, room layout was sensible, efficient.
