Great stay!

From check in to departure was aesy breezy. The hotel is very clean, quiet and every staff member made us feel welcome. I will stay here again.

The hotel is nice. I expected more from the staff though. They did not provide coffee at the lobby when I asked. Small issue but still a check off for each hotel stay for me.

very good but be careful

it was just over night but make sure you record the room or take photos before you stay in the room everything was just fine until i notice a couple of little things like the desk roll chair was worn out and the shower door plastic was bent so it was hard to close and hotels charge a $50 to $100 damage fee that you will get back when you check out the room but i feel thats its unnecessary because a person may not have that fee and they already booked the hotel and cheked in I understand that the hotel get people that come in there and damage their property but I didn't do it and I feel like I shouldn't be charged the fee in advance just because it might be a possibility that I can damage the room to me is assumption but other than that the room was very nice and comfortable the beds that is

Hotel needs some updates

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and I had very high expectations. The first time I stayed there (about a year ago) I had the cleanest, nicest room and I had a great experience. The room was so nice and modern and I loved it. This second time that I stayed there, I was a bit disappointed. I got room 207 and it was nothing like the image of the room I had the first time I stayed there. The furniture was very, very scratched and just looked bad. The walls and doors also had a few stains and a lot of scratches, either from people’s luggage or I could imagine the cleaning carts. The hotel definitely looks very different than the image I had the first time I stayed there. The room honestly looked like nothing special, very empty and worn down furniture like a room you could stay at at any other hotel for a lesser price. I was so shocked it didn’t even have a fridge! The bathroom was very nice and it was very clean which I loved, but I honestly was expecting the nice hotel I remembered. It’s also in a very quiet area which is also awesome :) maybe some updates would be all it needs.
