Wonderful customer service and breakfast bar Great location to get some rest

Está en un lugar muy de fácil acceso, está casi bien limpio. Fui allí el año pasado y estaba mejor que esta vez. El desayuno estaba malo deberían mejorar o retirar así la gente planifica mejor su día mejor sabiendo que tiene que buscar un lugar para desayunar.

I liked the layout of the facility. I didn't like the service I got, always had to ring bell and wait for someone to come help me. Also, they said they had a restaurant up stairs, or made it seem like they did with the adds and chalkboard signs they had displayed. But when we went up there, they only had really expensive appetizers, and no real food. Service up there could have been better, the people didn't seem as they were enthusiastic or really cared about their job.

Very clean and nice property. The staff were professional.

Weekend getaway with my husband. Loved the location, cleanliness, and staff was super friendly. Room was awesome with a nice comfy bed. Wished they had more seating in the room, but I understand the precautions that needed to take place because of COVID-19. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Our stay was excellent and our room was spotless. Our every need was addressed with excellence.

Our room was very spacious. I suspect it may also be used as a room for someone in a wheelchair. It was also very clean. However - despite it looking like a new building there were some odd issues. 1) Brand new bathroom, by the looks of it with one small towel bar under the sink large enough for two hand towels. NO OTHER TOWEL BARS to be be had. Nothing, and it wasn't for a lack of space for several. 2) Of the two shelves in the shower unit, one was broken and half falling off the wall. When I reported it, the woman at the desk didn't seem surprised or concerned about it. and 3) Free full breakfast? Not so much. Nothing hot. Continental breakfast only and not allowed to eat in the dining area despite the lack of guests. We were told we could eat in our room. And sit where? There was one desk chair, a chaise lounge, and no table. If you're going to asks guests to eat in their room, at least provide a table and chairs. Lord knows there was plenty of space in our room for that. 4) Water pressure in the shower was very low. 5) Both times I went to the front desk [when we arrived and once to get extra towels], I had to stand and wait close to 10 minutes while the person at the desk 'tended to other guests' in some mysterious out of site location from where a TV could be heard. On the plus side, the bed and pillows were comfy, I loved having the chaise chair to lounge and read in, and it was overall, a very clean place.

Great location easy to get to the falls and shopping
