Staff is excellent I had the pleasure of dealing with Nikki, Lester, Lex( to name a few). Property is clean. They do an every other day cleaning of the rooms but forgetting to leave 2 days worth of coffee, creamer, bottled water, towels and toiletries.

The property itself was beautiful, well staffed, and friendly. I was just quite surprised at the area around the hotel. As soon as you walked away from the Hilton, the area was quite poor, although I always felt safe. We did not find any nice dining areas within walking distance of the Hilton.

The property was beautiful and lively. The staff and service was exceptional. The dining experience at their fine dining restaurant on the sixth floor was surreal. The view of the Marina was breathtaking. Mallon our server was phenomenal. He was funny, friendly, very engaging and kept us well entertained. The food was magnificent. Julia Resturant breakfast on the first floor was good. We did not so much enjoy the dinner. The pool area in the evening was lively with great music. My only issues were the fact that the hotel was not a true all inclusive which it was advertised as such. Only breakfast was free. Plus at the end of our stay we were hit with additional fees on our bill that we weren’t prepared for. I blame Expedia for that. Overall the stay was nice. The swim-up pool could also use daily cleaning like the main pools.

Harbor Club is a beautiful modern hotel in Rodney Bay. The north side of St Lucia is more developed than the south and always feels more formal. The hotel overlooks the harbor. The pool is beautiful and Julia's restaurant is very nice with lovely outdoor space. The wait staff are all really friendly. The restaurant has limited hours so if you get back from an excursion hungry you may be out of luck.

Pool area wonderful but not enough shade. Breakfast disappointing. Restaurant overpriced and poor quality. Wine overpriced and awful. Chambermaid service only every two days. Spa isn’t a spa just a treatment room. Staff were efficient and pleasant.

The staff was amazing, the ladies treated me very well. They engaged me, conversations and very attentive. I think because I was handsome 😁😁 Hotel is very clean, property and clean amd pool area was very much taken care of. Definitely a place i would stay again
