Charming Villa With Marsh Views and Wifi; 100 ft to Beach

This property was awesome had most everything that we needed. Only negative thing was being on the third floor. The stairs were a headache.

Great property. Great location. The company did a lousy job with arrangements.

Fripp Island didn't disappoint! The area is beautiful and seeing all the wildlife was amazing. The accomodations do need some work though. It doesn't seem as though much has been done as far as the up-keep or updating of the condo. The only thing it really has going for it is the location.

Pros. Nicely located near the center of the island. Very clean property. Awesome view. Cons. 3rd floor with no elevator. No amenity cards is a bummer nearly everything on the island requires them. Though the property does email suggestions of things to do. Overall I do recommend this property we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at the home for a week in late June. The place was very clean and almost looked new. Surprisingly, even though it was 95 degrees outside, indoors it was extremely comfortable at 72 and had no problems the entire stay.The beach access was a lot longer walk than I was expecting and the surf fishing was not so great but that was nobody's fault. Fun place to stay as long as you can deal with no amenity cards for the Fripp Resort.

Great family condo with board games and the beach across the road. Clean old condo but with a nice decor. And the price was very good. Fripp is expensive but this condo comes with out amenity cards so the price is lower. So just know you can't use the pool or Activities if you can't get a card. Very safe place for kids to run around and Fripp is our happy place. We will back next summer. Management team was amazing.
