One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Our room was ocean front. We walked down the steps and onto the beach. The beach was manicured daily, the beach beds were great, and the staff was so kind and friendly. Breakfast was included and delicious and every morning they delivered hot coffee to our room. Bikes available that we enjoyed riding. Highly recommend!

Gramercy was a bit of a risk when booking, it's a relatively new property near the end of the boutique hotel strip. We have been to Tulum several times but thought we would try something new. It was absolutely fantastic, the staff was wonderful and the beach was gorgeous every day. We opted for one of the 3 hot tub suites and it was well worth it. Private bungalow 50 feet from the water. The AC blew cold and the food was delicious. We dined at the hotel for many wonderful meals, and walked to nearby properties to mix it up a little. I would also recommend checking out Taboo and Tantra for drinks/dining. We will definitely be back!

I had an awesome stay at a new property in Tulum called Gramercy! I got a Panoramic beachfront upper level room which felt like a suite, and very comfortable compared to most options in Tulum. The location is at the end of the main beach, but centrally located to the famous hotels of Casa Malca, Nomade, Be Tulum. Pricing was fair, too! I loved the restaurant and bar area by the beach with very good WiFi connection there to work a bit from the beach, also works from the lounge chairs on the beach. WiFi in the room is good, too but ask them for the Admin WiFi as well as the hotel one for best connection on both networks. Ignacio and Emanuel at the front desk were very helpful, gracious hosts with Whatsapp messaging and concierge services for advice as well as making reservations for beach clubs & dinners in Tulum. I highly recommend Casa Jaguar, Be Tulum, Rosa Negra, Taboo, Chambao, Parole, BAK, Bagatelle Beach Club, Raw Love, Panamera Beach Club, Delek Beach Club. The Gramercy gave me a wonderful stay and I can't wait to come back to stay here!

Gramercy is located on a spectacular beach on the south end of Tulum. The beautiful pictures don't lie and the small boutique hotel looks exactly as the curated photos promise. We wanted a hotel room ON the beach and I don't think you can get much closer than the Design Room we had. I have stayed in nicer places for the price but there is something earthy and organic about this impossibly beautiful location. The staff were enormously friendly and accommodating. Not everything worked. We struggled to lock the entry sliding door, the plumbing was sometimes questionable, the power was out for couple of hours one evening and the hot water could be hotter. But you are in tropical paradise, and nothing a glass of wine or Mezcal on the soft white sandy beach wouldn't take care of.

It is necesary to improve WIFI and the energy voltage because my laptop die and not charge nevertheses it was conected all time, the charger works as usual in home!!

We enjoyed our time at Gramercy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfy.

My family and I had a great time here. We would definitely come back. The food at the restaurant was a little pricey but was very tasty. The rooms were clean and beautiful right on the beach. The location was perfect , they have bikes you can rent and plenty of parking where we felt safe the whole time, on site security at all times. Thank you for everything.

The hotel was nice and clean. The problem was that we didnt have electricity, wifi, AC or hot water for almost two days. They had a generator but would only be strong enough to give power the lights. I had to work remotely those days but I couldn’t do it because there was no wifi in the room or common areas and I had to shower with cold water.

I loved the hotel, but I had money stolen out of my room! Make sure to put everything valuable in the safe.
