The staff were very good the hotel was clean and the food was of good quality. My only small complaints are we advised reception that the air-conditioning was blowing out hot air. somebody came to the room, they told us to wait an hour and see if it was cooler. it wasn’t we complained again and they sent a service engineer, he pressed a couple of buttons on the unit told us again to wait 10/20 minutes but it was still blowing out warm air. we told the reception again but it didn’t get resolved. We wasn’t able to use the air conditioning during our whole stay. The second issue I had on my departure: the room that I paid for included breakfast and access to the lounge where soft drinks and beverages were included but I was charged on my departure for water and Pepsi out of my minibar which I must add in the lounge it’s free. I queried this but was told I had to pay.

Very good location next to the park and the city center. Rooms are clean and spatious. Staff is very friendly and service is on high level. No traffic around, so it is very quiet during the night.

Food and size are of rooms, What can be better is shower pressure and portable chargers for guests

I stayed there for two weeks July/August 2019, the property was very nice and the standard has not changed from when it was a Sheraton property, location is ideal and close to anything you want to do in Tirana. Staff is awesome and courteous, so please tip them generously as they deserve it, the Thai massage and the pool/gym equipment up to date and very affordable. Loved it and hopefully it will stay this way.....

Everything was great. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of choices for breakfast which is included in the price. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Great location.
