Very nice room. Wonderful, helpful staff. Good location

#31 is a really cool property! Tucked away down a little alley, it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shops and parks. Adrianna at the front desk was amazingly kind and helpful. She recommend a few places to eat and we’re glad we listened! She also offered assistance with our bags and showed us to our room. The beds were very comfy and the rooms modern. I loved the quirkiness of the property such as the “honesty bar”. Would definitely stay again!

Very good boutique hotel. Service and amenities above standard. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, not the best value for money. We have stayed at much better hotels for the same price.

The staff where excellent! Breakfast was great in a cool setting up stairs. It was only a quick stay but it was a perfect out of the way spot with a unique style that was perfect after staying in chain hotels for a few weeks.

Delia’s breakfast was amazing, a scrumptious treat! Jennifer was also very accommodating with our requests.

The place was very cute. I especially loved that there were two entrances. The decor was elegant. The breakfast in the morning was phenomenal. The only draw back was hearing people walk around above our room. I would recommend this bed and breakfast.

Loved the breakfast-facility is older and had poor lighting - carpet needs to be removed -old and stained- bathroom updated however poor lighting again

Great place to stay all the details taken care of. Staff are super friendly and really look after you location is good. Breakfasts are superb.
