The hotel is absolutely stunning! The staff members were very professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The downside is regarding transport to and from the hotel. It need clarification. According to my itenerary, transport to and from the hotel and airport were free. As it turns out, transport from the airport to the hotel was free, but i had to pay for transport from the hotel to the airport. When I set up the time for the hotel staff to pick me up from the airport, I was told that someone would be there with my party's name on a sign. Well, the staff was not there, and I ended up paying for a taxi to take me to the hotel anyway.

This was the most amazing hotel we've ever stayed at. Everything was just beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, I highly recommend! Just keep in mind you're an hour plus outside of cairo, so it's a bit of a drive...although, it was nice to get out of the chaos of the city. Highly recommend!

One night to give full review of facilities. Its far from Cairo. The only negative is that its a smoking hotel.

The hotel is advertising the incorrect location and mileage to Cairo city which is misleading. This was disappointing as location was all important for us. The hotel has friendly staff but most of the staff were inadequately trained. Some of the staff in fairness were really good for example the Al Khedewy restaurant Manager and the swimming instructor/lifeguard were professional and friendly. The Al Khedewy restaurant also had delicious food. Whilst the architecture and design of the hotel is beautiful the standard of service left a lot to be desired. Our rooms were not cleaned properly which is not the service you expect at a prestige hotel, in particular the carpet was not vacuumed properly. The breakfast offered was poor and it took a long time for the staff to deliver the orders. The hotel did not replenish the daily tea and coffee packs and we had to request this daily. One evening we had to wait an hour for room service which was really frustrating. Overall we received a poor customer experience. I really hope the hotel takes the feedback on-board as it needs to improve significantly.

Very attentive staff, we were treated like royalty, this is a great complex for family’s, perfect for a family holiday, perfect location away from the noise of a busy city a great pool which was a lot larger then I expected, the complex is very peaceful and secure, there’s a variety of restaurants at the complex to cater for all tastes, my 7 year old was allowed to play without us worrying about any unwanted attention, we travel a lot and I have to say this was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at, the staff were great and very helpful, only downside was the check out, it took 35 minutes for us to check out, this was mainly due to the checkout clerk not knowing what our final bill was and had us waiting around until he got all the info from room service and the restaurants we ate at, to top it off he struggled to operate the card machine so to pay I had to withdraw cash to pay my bill, this was disappointing as our flight was at 9am and we were still at the hotel at 6;30am trying to check out with the airport about an hour away I was a little concerned we wouldn’t make the airport on time, this did annoy me, this was the only disappointing part of out entire stay, all in all still a great place and would definitely go back
