Check-in was a toss up as yo which of the two staffers would help me. Otherwise smooth. Room appeared quite clean but on closer inspection - the bathroom really needed some scrubbing. Toothpaste splashed on the wall next to the sink. Lower outstrip of the shower stall was pretty grungy. Room was comfortable enough but likely would pick another property next time thru.

This Property needs work and better management.

This Property needs better management. There were many problems. Too start off this hotel was not clean as the others, especially the bathroom. Shower had yuck all around it. The water coming out of the pipes was very cloudy. I told family not to drink or brush teeth with. Breakfast was not up to par and the fruit offered was bruised and unappealing. The Beds seem to be clean but overall housecleaning could do a better job. Also I would add if you are going to have soap dispensers in the showers they should be kept full and working. This property was in bad need of management doing a better job of making sure everyone on the team cared about their work and their customers. I would not recommend staying at this particular property. I stayed at several Home 2 Properties during the week and this one just didn't stand up to inspection in many areas.

Good Job

Have never used this Hilton brand before and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean room and bath,very spacious,and well equipped.I will definitely look at this brand on future travels. I have used Hampton Inns many times but they seem to be sliding downhill. Home2Suites is a better choice,at least for me.

Review

This was my second stay at the hotel and both times hotel smelled. Not sure what the smell actually was, even my friends that met me for dinner commented on it. I really liked the staff and would of stayed for future stays if not for the smell.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The hotel was clean, quiet, the staff were friendly. We especially liked the pool and the fire pit area outside. At night it was perfect to go downstairs near the fire pit. The lights hanging around made it romantic. Will stay again.
