Loved the view and the bed was very comfortable! Unfortunately you are high above the train station so you keep hearing bells and announcements. The couch was dirty as was the comforter ... the curtain for the shower door (that is right beside the bed) kept going up and down by its self !!! We also found that the master key to all the rooms was left in an open closet for anyone to use ... we alerted the property contact and closed the door but no one came to lock it .

The view! This property was very nice and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Everything was incredible!! Wonderful honeymoon suite!!! Would book again. Only con - WiFi was not working well. And a little hard to get or stay connected.

Location fantastic Please mention that there is no restaurant near you have to go down the village quiet steep and up again. No breakfast either

Our stay was wonderful. Christian met us at the train station and guided us to the hotel. They allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel and check in early. The room was clean and well maintained. We would stay again.

We loved staying in Manarola. It's the second of the five towns in Cinque Terre. We had the suite, which had a big terrace that overlooks the coast. It was incredible! The room was very modern and nice and Christian was great at communicating and helping us. The only weird thing is that the privacy for the toilet is pretty limited. But other than that we loved the room and location. When you visit Cinque Terre just be prepared for A LOT of stairs -- no matter where you stay or where you go. But it's part of the charm.

View was unbelievable. Christian was super helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

1. I didn't like that it WAS NOT OPEN when I arrived there for the 4pm check-in. 2. I dıdn't like that there was no warning that its' accessibility is dangerous for anyone with a handicap-including me. 3. I didn't like that its' printed address was confusing-including to that of the town locals WHO helped me find it.
