Very clean and new comfy room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a sea view room, you can hear the crashing waves at night and we were above the dinning area so nights were a little noisy, but not unbearable. I would stay here again.

We paid more and looking for a good rest in a king bed because it was almost the end of our trip. The lady in front desk gave us a small twin bedroom in the beginning, we could not accept and negotiated with her. She arranged another one for us, but we found that the other one was making twin beds together only and seemed not likely as the shown picture. It was not worth this price. The location is good.

No shower pressure. Shower is either very hot or very cold. Odd knocking during the day in storage room next to us. Most TV channels are in German, nothing in English, concierge was rude, they need to invest in some chaffing dishes. Breakfast served cold sausage and potatoes. Check in took forever and then when you leave they ask for additional money because they were unsure if you paid or not. They need a more knowledgeable staff, chaffing dishes, and a water pump.

Beautiful ocean views and a comfy room. Spent 1st part of trip in riads and within medina, it's fun but was ready for a break...great place to just relax. Room was super clean and well appointed and staff is friendly, great balcony with ocean view and when going to beach they provide towels and loungers. Breakfast is good too. Also worth mentioning is a climate controlled room which is harder to come by than ya might think in essaouira...being on the beach in November can be chilly at night so it was nice to be able to crank the heat and get cozy...after cold nights elsewhere in essaouira and also freezing in the sahara this was much needed.

Excellent location, closed to ocean and to old town of Essaouira, I would like to thanks a lot the waiters of the Breakfast restaurant, I’m sorry I didn’t remember their names but I didn’t forget their wonderful service and hospitality. really great job 👍

Beautiful hotel and very conveniently located. Only bad thing is there are no hairdryer permanently in the room.

Nice and big room. Good location, near to bus stop. Staff were nice. But one thing was the air conditioning was not working in the room. Staff told that it would be fixed, however it wasn’t fixed, it was 30 degree and it was even cooler to stay outside on the street rather than in the room. The city tax stayed in hotel.com was 30DH, however it was 50DH when you came to the hotel.
