EVERYTHING BUT THE...

Great location and beautiful room. The staff was very friendly. There's no parking available and the nearby parking garage changes 63.00€ per day. They'll give you a breakfast voucher for the restaurant next door, and the breakfast was great! The room had large bay windows and a sitting porch attached. I'd highly recommend this place. The only thing I'd change is the cost of drinks downstairs in the receptionist area. Paying 2.50€ for a small soft drink is ridiculous. Semper Fi! www.mikeconphoto.com

It’s a lovely modern decorated building with quirky features. Staff were amazing after Expedia messed up and over booked the original hotel we were upgraded to here . My daughter turned 18 and they brought Prosecco and chocolates. They also lent us travel plugs . Breakfast was nice and rooms perfectly clean

Abysmal property that is unsafe. There is a radiator literally in the stairwell. The narrow stairs are not the biggest problem; the hot radiator one can burn themselves on, in the narrow stairwell, is a safety concern. Railing on top floor, and in stairwell, is wide enough for child to fit through. This is another safety concern to most people. Apparently, safety is not a concern of the hotel though. Our family was refused a safe room, the option to move to another Quentin hotel, or refund for remaining unused nights. Hotel front desk said it must be sorted with Expedia and Expedia said hotel decides. I simply wanted a safe room for my family. The room we were given seemed a far stretch from the photographs on Expedia. This property felt more like a hostel or dorm. Save yourself the worry and just go to Ibis.

The lady who checked me in was really lovely and she remembered my name for the entirety of my stay. The room was a good size and had a nespresso coffee machine. It was very clean and well presented.

Expedia said it was in the city centre. Its a good 30 minuite walk from the station. And about 6 stops on the tram!!
