Nice room wonderful host e had a great time

Very good bed & breakfast type establishment. Breakfast and WiFi should be improved though.

The owner and staff were very considerate and went out of their way to be accommodating. The location was chosen because it was within walking distance to the Vatican, shops, and facilities to purchase tours.

We had a Wonderful Experience at Charming Roma! Owner Lorenza and staff member Frederico were very attentive and accommodating! Clean quiet, in a great location, near subway and the Vatican.

Amazing location — right by the Ottaviano metro station (A line), which connects you to the vast majority of tourist destinations — but still distant from the tourist traps and nightlife noise that is more prominent across the Tiber. The replenishment of drinks in the mini-fridge, quality of housekeeping, gorgeous bathroom / toiletries, strong air conditioning, and local breakfast items / free croissants made the hotel truly feel like home. When we checked out, the lady at the front desk allowed us to lock our luggage in our old room for a few hours without charging us for an additional night; this act of generosity was the final prompt for us to leave this review. We came to Europe on a budget, but this property did not feel like a cheap stay at all; it felt like one that was luxurious, comfortable, warm, and worth more than what we paid. We would definitely book again.

Lorenza takes care of guests very well. We were picked up by one of the staffs from Ottaviano metro station station, as it was past 8 pm. The room looks very nice with enough space for two persons. Lorenza also informed us regarding the. transportation strike on the day we had to depart from Rome. The staff also arranged a cab transfer to Rome Fiumicino Airport. Ovvrerall, we had a very good experience while staying at Charming Roma. I would strongly recommend Charming Roma to others.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Charming Roma. The service was great, everyone that we had dealt with at the front desk was helpful, kind and very friendly. They gave us great advice and recommendations for where to go and good places to eat. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location, we were able to walk to many of the places that we needed to go. We had a very enjoyable stay. We were very happy with our choice.

This is our favorite hotel in Rome. Providing 2 UBS outlets is definitely a plus. Next time when we stay at Charming Roma, we won't need to bring a convertor and USB chargers with us.

Charming Roma is a wonderful guest house located in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shopping just a few blocks away. It is a short walk to the Vatican and the Metro. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. We had to leave early before breakfast was served so they left croissants, pastries, and fruit in our room the evening before our departure. They also arranged for transport to the airport. We will stay at Charming Roma again.

I like the location of this hotel. It is so close to many top notch restaurants. It is also within walking distance to my favorite attractions.
