The desk staff was very helpful. Excellent at enforcing COVID-19 precautions. Attentive to issues ( room was cold ).

My hotel room had numerous issues when I arrived. I was told on several occasions that someone would be there to address but nothing ever happened. I asked to change rooms and this was done later that day. The next day, I left out the "do not disturb" sign as I didn't need any cleaning. On my return, I found the sign missing and that someone had been inside - the garbage was taken out. Only redeeming quality is the location.

The room didn’t really have heat there’s was no bath rags inside the rooms no cups to even make coffee or have something to drink guest services well front desk was very unprofessional even the parking lot that was on the hotel site was terrible they didn’t even shovel I was stuck inside the parking lot I just feel like this was the worst hotel stay

No heat rooms are cold very cold I switch 3Times Nd still no heat smh ITZ A SNOW STROM THIS IZ TERRIBLE INWILL NEVA CONE BACK ND MAKE SURE NOBODY THAT I KNOW COME HERE ITZ A WAISTE OF MONEY........STAY HOME WHERE YOU HAVE HEAT

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. My only dislikes are that this room has no fridge or microwave. This is completely unacceptable. These are must haves.

Stay here before and bring friends out here to stay here a Beautiful place to stay I love this place it is a lost memory from back in the days when it was club America I love the good all days unfortunately I was too younger to get in at that time but used to stand outside to listen to the music ring through the walls happy that I got a chance to finally stay inside of you as a adult but this visit was for a friend that was out of town and it was beautiful love those shingle layers and pictures and beautiful Pictures and Lights

After I checked in I called for a blanket and he made it seem as if I was bothering him... he said give me about ten minutes... he never came, we were missing wash clothes there was only hand drying towel and body towels in there, I’ve been here a couple of times and at first this was my go to hotel when I come home to visit. But i don’t know any more

The hotel was really dry and I had a hard time breathing I had to shower at night

The hotels location was pretty good and it was clean as well. The thugs hanging outside as my fiancé and I walked back in from our day out was not called for. The prostitution I guess is really high in this area and the trans prostitution was outside vas well near the park area and one of the was waiting for their next client in the hotel. When I asked about the security guard, he was outside smoking or vaping.
