The pool was warm yay!

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Mostly thank you for turning the heat up in the pool! Made swimming so much more fun!!! Water was pretty salty and bleach but I’m sure it has to do with COVID.

Hotel staff was friendly, helpful and thorough. The facility appears to be new; furniture, floors, doors were clean, unworn and fully functional. Very convenient and very good value, basic but comfortable.

Nice but noisy

This hotel is in a great location as it is walkable to restaurants, the local market and breweries in Victor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and seemed relatively new. The coffee was good in the morning. The main issue is the noise. I was here to ski and wanted some good sleep, but not ideal. You will hear every door slam-and yes every door will slam unless you make the effort to stop the slam-which no one does. You will hear every footstep above you if you have a room on the first floor. I could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring thru the wall and talking on any phone calls he made. Basically not quiet-I only got sleep from about 11:30pm to 6am as otherwise it is noisy with door slams etc. Too bad because everything else is a positive. Bring earplugs.

The hotel itself was nice enough. Large rooms clean comfortable. There was however at the height of the COVID pandemic a family reunion type gathering in the hotel. At least 45-50 people from what appeared to be 6 or 7 families. All gathered in every PUBLIC SPACE all unrepentantly mask less. Their children ran the halls and dominated the pool and workout room ( not that any sane person would be using those facilities at the moment) also free faced and hollering and laughing at a volume that would be impolite under any circumstances. When commented about to front desk the response was something along the lines of “ yeah what can you do? Some people! “ just an absolute joke! Despite the comfy digs there is an absolute zero chance I’ll be staying there again. Even if we survive being at the focal point of this classic super spreader event. Yay! CLOWNS!!!!
