Wonderful

This hotel overall was great. I think it was a good value for what I paid. It is very centrally located and the complementary shuttle to the V&A Waterfront was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, there was a wide variety of food and beverages. The concierge service was great, they were a great help with everything from transportation to booking tours. The only thing that could have been just a little better was housekeeping services. On multiple occasions I had to individually request bathroom towels, face towels, shower gel, toilet tissue and an iron and ironing board. Those requests were made after my room was serviced for the day. Overall Cape Town is an amazing city, with very friendly and humorous people.

Pool is small. Otherwise good place. Staff are friendly

Absolutely fabulous we stayed for a month as needed some recuperation from issues. Stayed here a year ago. We will be back for another month next January. Amazing hotel with beyond excellent service.

The non popular sheet/comforter are used in this hotel. If tou don’t use it you will be cold if use it you will be hot because so thick but you can turn up the cold air conditioning, BIG EXPENSE FOR THE HOTEL!!!

We loved having the concierge arrange a half day safari for us on our last day. He also helped us find a fabric store. We loved having the four star experience for the price of an average American hotel. I am sure we could have utilized his services more if only our stay had been longer. It was like having a personal assistant advising us on maximizing our trip.

The location was great. It was handy to many main attractions and provided a courtesy coach to the Waterfront. The breakfast provided was excellent and the joyful breakfast breakfast chef made mornings cheerful and fun. Dinner was also wonderful with excellent service and food. All staff were helpful and always had a smile and greeting.
