Unsatisfied customer

Buyer beware. Stayed here because it was "pet friendly". The charge was not stated up front and ended up being charged $150 ( flat fee for 1 day to a week) . Second suprise was a $12 a day parking fee. Again was totally unaware of the parking fee. Next was a Tax for inch $24, then again billed $2.88 twice along with a destination fee. This added $239.76 to the room fees that was mor budgeted into the stay. On the whole the staff was great, the room clean and breakfast choices were a nice. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked and the pillows were flat as a pancake. Basically we will never stay here again!

Lovely stay！

We love this hotel. Free bicycles to rent. Free helmet to borrow. Free hot breakfast. Pool is nice. Staff are friendly. Free EV charger. Definitely to return again.

Great Place to stay

I have stayed here twice and both time have been great. The first was mid pandemic so there were only 3 guest and this time was fantastic as there were more guests and lots of laughter. check in and out was great and they answered questions I had . Great staff

Great hotel, pet-friendly; expensive to bring one

Hotel was in a convenient location and had nice amenities and upgrades. Very clean, modern look to the rooms w/ neat features (like motion detection for fans in bathroom, never heard of that before!). We booked this particular hotel because it was listed as pet-friendly and we have a new puppy that we needed to bring along. Fully crated. The one thing that I wasn't so thrilled about was a $150 non-refundable "pet fee". We left the room as clean as when we arrived, seems like refundable would be the way to go. This increased cost by 50% overall.

Beautiful, clean, and very large rooms. Employees were super sweet-like all of them. The shuttle service was clutch and the breakfast in the morning was really good; I rarely stay anywhere that has turkey sausage. Dope hotel. Definitely will stay at Trio again when I’m in Healdsburg.

Very spacious room and I liked how it included everything you would need if you wanted to cook your own meals. I also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine.

Nice but too many fees!

The hotel is conveniently located and in overall good condition. Everything is clean and well maintained, the rooms are nice size and have all that you need. The downside for me was: (1) the bed squeaked terribly with any movement so it woke my partner every time I shifted in bed; (2) the room temperature was a little difficult to control and was either too cold or too hot; (3) I appreciate that I was able to bring my pet but the $150 pet fee is simply outrageous, especially if you’re only staying one night, and they neglect to tell you they also charge a $24 tax on the fee!! (4) there were other fees that added up, including $12 parking (that should be free!), destination fee of $18, and taxes on all the fees on top of the regular room taxes. So beware - if you’re going with your pet and staying only one night you’ll be shocked to see a $300/night room turn into nearly $600 with all the fees and taxes and taxes on fees.

Check in was quick but directions on where to park and how to access hotel were not clear causing us quite a bit of frustration. Not sure if it was due to masks making it difficult to understand the check in clerk or something else?
