I highly recommend staying here at a couple vacation. The location is very central for walking and the room was very comfortable. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend to others.

Outstanding

An amazing property just across the square from the Gravenstein which makes the location unbeatable. We were three old friends staying for a couple of days in Ghent and we had plenty of room in our suite on the top floor of the property. We arrived in town on the train and walked from the Dampoort station on our arrival, and took a taxi to the Sint Pieters station at the end of our stay. I'd recommend the Sint Pieters station approach eventhough it is further away either by taxi or tram for a more pleasant transit. A nice city view in the suite off the little patio at the back of the suite and of course the stunning view of the castle out the front window. Since we had nice weather, we found it nice on a couple of occasions to open the front windows and sit in the front room enjoying the fact that we were across the street from a castle. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very well appointed highlighted by a huge tub. I suggest bringing your own shampoo, though there are some small toiletries provided as well. The place was spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff aggressively cleaned and tidied after the first of our two nights. The continental breakfast was outstanding with several homemade touches and be sure to speak with your hosts about the history of the place, the construction of the B&B, and its place in Ghent as a whole. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and recommend it wholeheartedly.

fantastic!

Wow! Beautiful private residence with every amenity you could ask for. Kay did a fantastic job with the design and we were quite comfortable “living” there for 3 days. Highly recommend!
