Nice hotel friendly staff good breakfast 10 15 mins walk to old town very good

Really modern hotel with a nice vibe to it. !5 minutes walk into Vilnius centre and it has a small supermarket next door and a good steakhouse on the next street. Pleasant, well furnished room. There seems to be 3 staff most of the time and they were a little overrun with the volume of customers. Twice I sat at the hotel bar and waited over 10 minutes for a beer. One to cover reception, one to serve food and another on the bar was probably 1 staff member light given how busy this hotel is, which is my only gripe. Overall I would stay again, as the price is fantastic and the staff were very friendly despite being very busy.

IBIS is usually a great deal and the Vilnius Center IBIS is no exception. In fact, it is above average. the breakfast was superb. God coffee! Nice selection of food. fast check in. Reasonable price.

My room was cleaned every day with clean beddings and towels. Maybe introduce a chef for the late nighters that require food. As we were hungry at around 10:00pm and the lady at the front desk informed us that the kitchen was closed. We didnt want to walk back into the city. Also maybe introduce room service. If you want the luxury of sitting in your room and eating a snack or meal, that would be appreciated.

Clean, very helpful staff, good internet connection, decent size room, 8min walk to the centre.

The staff were excellent and went out their way to help with any issues or concerns.
