Kaulem Hosteria is a fabulous place to stay. The setting is wonderful. The staff was very warm and helpful. The setting is truly amazing. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend staying here without any hesitation.

La atención a los detalles para q la experiencia de los clientes sea única fue inigualable ( botella de champagne cuando regresamos de la noche de navidad para todos los huéspedes, desayuno especial cuando el transfer es a las 6 am, etc) siempre están un paso adelante ..

A truly wonderful place that became my home for the week I was in Patagonia. It's rare to receive such an amazing personal attention from staff in a hotel. Great location, great breakfast, lovely rooms but most importantly - fabulous people running it! Thank you!

Tati and Eugenia were wonderful and very helpful! Tati was able to accommodate us for a very late check in, she also booked our taxi to el pillar the next morning. Eugenia was just as helpful with everything and was very nice too! The hotel is nice, clean, breakfast was great! The lobby has an artistic touch to it, the owner Paz is a painter. The room is nice, spacious, has hot water, clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again :)

The staff were fantastic. Incredibly accommodating with providing breakfast early for us to enable an early start on a hike. Location is perfect.

Staff were very helpful. Room was very warm & comfortable. New bath stopper would preserve water & breakfast could have been a bit more extensive (fresh orange juice, fruit salad, milk/youghurt out with cereal) would take pressure off busy staff.

Nice hotel with great service! Front desk was very helpful with trail information. The rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is close to most of the trailheads and El Chalten is pretty small and walkable.

Authentic, charming and intimate place where you can get a home feeling. It has interesting lobby with high ceiling, dark wood finishing and art gallery. The staff is very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts very tasty and filling - good for hike although would benefit hikes as well if started earlier than 7.30.
