Great location just a few minutes walking distance from the main zócalo and Santo Domingo. However, be mindful of excessive all-night fiesta noise from the surrounding popular neighbourhood during festive days and Christmas holidays. Nevertheless, part of the unscripted Mexican folklore.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They served a delicious breakfast every morning, freshly prepared, and something different for the main course each day (always accompanied by fresh fruits/yogurt/granola and bread/jam). I was thrilled that they featured some traditional Oaxacan ingredients in their dishes. They had a nice patio area including a hammock which we enjoyed. The place was nice and clean. I appreciate that they give back to Oaxaca's youth. The main negatives we found were that the bed was really firm, the rooms didn't keep sound out very well, and the showers (though spacious) are designed in a way where water would always get on the bathroom floor and we'd have to put two towels down to mop it up. It should also be noted that there's no AC, though I don't count this as a negative because I think it's pretty typical for the region not to have AC.

I loved this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are beautiful, it’s in a great location, and the included breakfast is table service and delicious!! Big props to whoever made the mole negro.

My wife and I spent 11 nights at Hotel con Corazon. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff provide outstanding customer service. The nights were quiet and peacefull. About 10 min walk to the Zocalo and fun/action.

Clean, simple rooms, well designed, great staff, very helpful

The staff and service is excellent. Everyone takes pride In taking care of the customer. We met the owner during our visit. She is proud of giving back to the native community. I would stay again.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The location is great and very close to the center. The highlight is the morning breakfast.

La mejor experiencia de viaje en Oaxaca. Un hotel maravilloso, con personas comprometidas y congruentes con su filosofía. Si hubiera un hotel así en cada ciudad, sin lugar a dudas lo elegiría para hosedarme siempre.
