Garbage was left behind Room was not clean

Air conditioner was under sized and very noisy. No stove, only a hot plate. No shower curtain in tiny shower so impossible to take a shower without getting entire bathroom floor wet. No mirror in bathroom.

Place is clean

The room is that clean, the pool os nice, it’s in a nice location, I would enjoy it more if it was cleaner,

Worth every penny. Location was great, proprietor is helpful and the amenities were good.

We dont like because the condo unit 1736 is so very dirty there so many ants and cobwebs there is no water drinking

The place was beautiful. The cab driver knew just where I was. it was different than it was in the States but everything went just as expected. I think anyone would love staying there.

Location of the property is not good. Its within the city however, the location is way secluded/remotely located area and that you have to walk 5-8 mins from the property to the gate. There's no taxi access so plan ahead.

This was by far the most difficult check in that I have especially with properties booked with Hotels.com. When I arrived at the property, the security guard won't let us in until we can contact the number that is reflected in the booking confirmation but unfortunately the number cannot be contacted. I had to go to the nearest mall to rest because it was a very hot day. I need to chat with the customer service of hotels.com which in fairness is very helpful. At the end of the day, I need to check my email to see where is my unit number. The point is that, the security guard could have assisted or pointed us to go directly to their administration building where we need to go before we can check in. If the guard have done that, then the personnel could have advised us sooner to check our emails again if there are details available for our unit number. In doing this, it would have alleviate stress from the travel. But no, the guard told us to contact the number that cannot be contacted thereby adding stress from our long travel. But anyways, the property is very nice and you can relax. The remote control of the TV is not functioning but it's ok because we are there to rest and study because we need to take the civil service exam the next day.
