Not really sure what we paid nearly £200 for (2 nights). The room was a box meaning no room to move, bed wasn’t a full double, was shoved in the corner against the wall & only one pillow each, so neither of us had a decent sleep. Walls are ridiculously thin so you can hear everything that people are doing & no TV in the room to block out the noise, also meaning nothing to look at/watch so made the room experience even more boring. There is a communal kitchen with a TV but obv has to be shared with everyone else in that block. The floor & cupboards in the room were dirty, there were grubby hand marks all over the doors. Best thing about the room was the shower which was decent. Advertises free toiletries but you have to ask, so we asked for some handsoap & got given some shop bought cheap stuff, not even half full. You have to pay for towels so we brought our own, you don’t even get a hand towel so consider that too. You get one toilet roll so if you run out you have to go & ask for that as well. Check out is 10am & because our flight was late we asked to store our bags but they wanted us to pay!! Literally just the worst place I’ve ever stayed!!

Loved the location and that there were good amenities available (like a laundry room). Hated that you had to pay to rent basic amenities (like a towel).

The room was very nice and tidy. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The apartment was close to the city centre and everything was in walking distance, which was excellent and allowed us to do everything we had planned and more. Would recommend using these rooms if you are planning on staying in Dublin especially if it is for a few days and you don't need all the facilities you get with a hotel.

Good friendly and prompt check in. Staff always available and willing/able to help. Laundry was a big plus. Rooms not as clean as one would expect (dust in rooms evident and food marks in the kitchen.)

Room was very clean and tidy, and very modern. Saw a lot of reviews saying about how the double bed is smaller than an actual double, which it is, but my friend and I had no problem with it and both slept very comfortably in the bed. The kitchen/dining area was very big, and although we didn’t cook anything in the flat, it was a nice space and was very clean and tidy. Perfect for what we needed it for, and the accommodation is very very well located in the centre, near to all the big sights in Dublin. Easy walk to everything 😊

My sons' summer vacation was amazing. We were 2 days late checking in due to flight complications the hotel still held our room and we were able to book another day and kept our same room. Love the staff they went above and beyond to make our stay so welcome and comfortable. Thank you Destiny Student (West) for a wonderful experience all my blessings to you.

Bad customer service. Small bed, not a normal size double bed. Rude staffs Invasion of privacy Staff manipulations with checkout time. I0am check out instead of 12noon. Wost experience for me was when a member of staff forcefully pushed my 18 yrs old teenager daughter from the door of my hotel room to force her way through the door to scream at me whom was still in bed at 9.30am to remind me about checking at 10am, despite earlier arrangements for 12noon checkout which was confirmed by management. Photos enclosed as she refuses to give her full names and refuses to also apologise. Really dreadful. Hope for a resolution with formal apology letter.

The bed is not a double - two people cannot sleep on this bed. Please do not mislead people.
