Stayed in the aurora bubble. It’s a tiny space but laying on the bed and looking up at the open sky is quite an experience. Bed is comfortable, room is clean, no wifi and no TV. There’s a small sauna inside the bathroom, always nice to have. Standing shower is powerful; However hot water is limited so for those who take a shower longer than 10 minutes be prepared for an icy bath. Would recommend it just for the experience.

My wife and I travel a lot between work and vacation. This is the best resort we've ever visited. First, the stay are phenomenal people. They are tentative to all your requests and genuinely want to make sure you are having a lovely time. We booked an excursion through the hotel and absolutely loved it. Also, the cabin we stayed in was spectacular. The bed was comfortable, lovely spa, amazing fireplace and spacious. The breakfast was very tasty and we had a lovely time at the bar. I wish I could give this hotel a 10 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend staying here.

Lapland is beautiful & the hotel is in a perfect position to let you enjoy nature. But unfortunately The staff's disorganisation & rude behaviour really ruined this trip for us. It's a shame because the aurora and log cabin were nice(although the "panoramic views" are really just of the other cabins so you don't get much privacy). Food & airport transfer are way overpriced. Not a "hotel" in a traditional sense; no phones, TVs, room service or WIFI, if you need anything you have to walk back to the main building. Our arrival at the hotel was very unwelcoming, we were grouped with all the other guests & talked at for an hour when all we wanted to do was head to our rooms after a full day of travel. We were then told our tours hadn't been booked, even though they had taken payment & confirmed via email. To which we were told "we get so many emails". (!) Although not overly friendly (perhaps a cultural difference) & seemingly inexperienced, the staff were for the most part courteous. However after the hotel made an error with our tours (again)one woman at reception spoke to us so rudely I left in tears. We travel frequently & were shocked staff would speak to guests like this(& for a mistake they made). A week after we returned we also got an unpleasant surprise that the hotel had charged our credit card again for a bill we'd already paid on check-out. After a few emails we were given a refund but obviously had to swallow the international transaction fees ourselves.

Absolutely loved our stay here - it was perfect. Perhaps the most beautiful accommodation/surroundings we've ever stayed in and friendly and welcoming staff. We will be back!

Our 4 days stay was amazing. We really enjoy it. We were also lucky and we saw northern lights every day of our stay. The staff is very friendly and they make every thing to go smoothly. The descrition of the cabin is very punctual and correct. Is is not cheap, but worthly every eur. Highly reccomended.
