Luxury 3,250sqft Townhouse - Stunning Manhattan Views-15mins TO Times Square

We had 10 adults and 4 children in our group. Driveway was perfect for our SUV and rental 12-passenger van. Unit was clean except for the dirty dishes that were left in the two dishwashers. Kitchen was spacious. It was nice having the minor things provided such as paper towels, dish soap, and spices. A few more pots and pans would be nice... cooking breakfast for 14 was tricky...luckily we had brought our own griddle. Access to Netflix in some bedrooms was great for the kids. Some of the listing photos are outdated. When we booked, the pictures included and nice-sized open living space/kitchen area with a large sectional couch. That is no longer the case with the addition of an extra bedroom. It was a little disappointing, but not a major issue since our stay was only one night and were weren't hanging out there for long portions of the day. The picture of the sectional has since been removed, but the pictures of the open kitchen is still shown and some of the bedrooms are different than pictured. A little more print information on the available access to public transportation would have been helpful. We never did see the free shuttle to port imperial station/ferry stop outside of the condo. All in all, we would re-book here again in the future.

This is the perfect location for families to stay and travel into Manhattan. The townhouse is exactly as it looks in the pics - immaculate! Amazing place with comfy beds and a wonderful view of New York, I am glad I chose this place for our family instead of one in the city. Neighborhood is safe and bus is right outside the door. Manhattan shuttles run 24/7. It took us just 15 minutes getting to Times Square. Greg is very friendly, professional and responds quickly. Overall great Stay and will definitely return!

Greg has a beautiful property in an extremely convenient location in NJ. We were a group of 8 so there was more than enough space for us. To be honest, the pictures don't do the house much justice. The layout is ideal for groups and the flow of the home is functional and warm. We did have a small issue with a leak coming from the master bathroom. However, Greg addressed it immediately and did express that they are working to repair it. The shower and jacuzzi in the master bedroom were AMAZING so we were happy to have gotten to use them for at least some of our stay. The bus and shuttle are literally across the street from the property and the Port Imperial ferry is an 8 minute car ride away. From the ferry you are in midtown in 10 minutes! We had a wonderful time at the home and Greg and his wife were extremely pleasant and easy to reach during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location, awesome views of Manhattan, superb host, very professional, friendly and clear in communication! We stayed at Greg's townhouse for a week. The place is as it looks in the pics - immaculate! It was very clean, spacious enough to fit 16 of us, had all amenities providing for a luxurious comfortable stay. It's like you are staying at a fancy 5-star residence. We were thrilled by the number of parks close by so that the kids could enjoy themselves. Truly fantastic Manhattan views from bedrooms and living room. It is very well connected with the buses and shuttles to Times Square. The ride to Manhattan took around 15 minutes. It was so easy getting to NYC. Also Greg went above and beyond what was expected in accommodating our needs. Responsive and ready to offer recommendations for restaurants or other points of interest in NYC. He met us when we arrived, giving us a tour of his place, making sure that we had all of our questions answered and had all that we needed for our stay. We felt completely at home in Greg's apartment and would absolutely stay there again!

This property had everything you could possibly want. Nice neighborhood, clean and spacious rooms, easy access to Manhattan, stunning views across the Hudson River, nearby restaurants, everything! While somewhat minor, with multiple people in our party coming and going at various times throughout our stay, we would suggest a new system for sharing keys and security of the property and its various levels. Perhaps a keypad system? Just a thought. Thanks, Greg. We had the time of our lives celebrating my 50th Marathon in my 50th State during our visit to NYC.
