Lovely hotel

What a beautiful hotel. Room was very modern and clean. Just how I like it :) the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice and big with lots of sun loungers. I stayed in lots of hotels in alanya but this was by far my favourite. Only thing I would say could do with improving is the food, other than that everything else was spot on :)

A very nice boutique hotel with half board included. Food was great the staff were very helpful and we were always looked after very well by Dennis the general manager. I would return to Graf Victor. It’s a little out of the way in regards to shops, bars etc. But the main town is only 15 minutes away and it’s very cheap to go by taxi or bus. Lovely and quite at night and extremely comfortable beds. Spa is also very nice. Myself & daughter really enjoyed staying with you. Thank Graf Victor.

Great value and right near Havas airport shuttle that stops 1.5 blocks away at Sun star resort. The place is clean and the staff is friendly but not all of them are frequent in English which makes asking for information a little challenging. My stay was good and I will definitely consider staying there again now that I figured out the bus routes.

Pleasant but without character

Western-style hotel, clean, modern and pleasant, but nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast is pretty poor with a limited selection (eg just cornflakes if you want cereal). My main gripe with the restaurant was the large-screen blaring Western hip-hop and rock music. The staff turned it off as soon as I asked, but why have it in the first place? In terms of the location, every hotel in Alanya is close to the beach, and the beach is nothing to write home about.

Fresh nice hotel with really helpful staff. Clean, beautiful and in general a nice place. Even though we never used it, they had nice common areas with outdoor gym and nice pool area. Only negative was small details in the room, a table that was a little loose from the wall and lamp that were not properly screwed to the wall. Would recomend to stay here.

We went there in new year. Hotel was new, Room is very spacious and confortable with kitchen. However whatever we asked from reception returned us with negative response. We asked dinner they said restaurant is closed, we asked to order from outside restaurant, they said okay but you have to come down and take. we said there is no plate, plate, fork and spoon in the kitchen they said you have to bring we cannot give. there was kettle to heat water we asked tea bag or coffee they said we do not have. in the end we felt like we are not in a hotel rather we rented a flat in airbng.

Merkeze biraz uzak olması beni gidip gelirken zorladı. Tabiki bu benim hatam idi. Ama benim için en önemli şey odanın konforu ve hijyeni olduğu için son derece memnun kaldım. Hem aile olarak, hem arkadaş grubu hem de iş için değerlendirebilirsiniz.
