Lovely hotel close to the beach.

This hotel treats their guests exceptionally. We arrived late but were checked in efficiently and the hotel prepared 4 meals consisting of salad, goats cheese and meat etc with bread. Drinks were readily available. After eating this our cases were loaded into the minibus and we were taken to our spacious ground floor room (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and a lovely view of the mountains. We had a slight problem activating the air conditioning so I rang reception within 10 mins of arriving and a member of maintenance came straight back (it was just because the window was open that's all) but he came straight back out immediately to rectify this for us. Breakfast is 7.30 until 10am and then continental continues from 10am until 11am so there is plenty of choice for everyone from fresh fruit, cereals, croissants to cooked breakfasts. Lunch is 12.30 until approximately 2.30pm but even after this food was still available and drinks were always available. Not much queuing either to say it was August. The evening meal had plenty of choice, was hot and of good quality. The reception staff were helpful. There were 4 pools including the waterpark and no queues for the slides which my children and I really enjoyed. There is also a lazy river which husband enjoyed! The cleaners came every day but Sunday and were helpful and friendly folding our pyjamas and bringing free water. Also a free 15min massage is provided and the staff in the spa are lovely.

Die Badezimmer sollten optisch auf den Stand der Zeit gebracht werden. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne, weitläufige und gut gepflegte Außenanlagen mit kostenlosen Liegen am zum Hotel gehörenden Strand. Das Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend und war stets bemüht auf Wünsche einzugehen.

Struttura grandissima, piscine e acqua Park attrezzati, la spiaggia comoda e con ombrelloni e lettini inclusi, per chi necessita, ci sono i teli Mare gratuiti, camera pulita e comoda, c’è tutto quello che serve, cibo vario come in tutti gli all inclusive, personale gentile e disponibile.

Das erste Zimmer das wir hatten, war nicht akzeptabel (die Fenster und Balkontüre konnte man im verschlossenen Zustand in die Wand!! schieben). Service besonders an der Reception top. Konnten Zimmer wechseln. Auf Reklamationen wurde sofort reagiert. Insgesammt Ok. Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. In unsrem Reisezeitraum leider sehr viele trinkfreudige Polen und Russen anwesend. Aber bei Allincl. Muss man das wohl erwarten. Sind am Abend auswärts zum Essen, da die Geräuschkulisse im Speisesaal und Bar sehr störend und unangenehm war (Bahnhofhalle). Das Essen an sich war akzeptabel .

Nous avons apprécié les diverses piscines et la plage à proximité bien que nous pensions que l'Aqua Park serait plus grand. Néanmoins, pas trop de monde alors très sympa. Nous avons toutefois été déçus pas la buffet assez répétitif, mauvaise cuisson des viandes ou parfois trop grasse. Bien qu'une bande d'animateurs été présente sur place, ceux-ci sont très discrets vis à vis des touristes et l'animation était selon nous trop courte et pas adaptée à un public varié (c.a.d. aucune activité pour les jeunes adultes par ex. ou de possibilité de danser). Dommage que le bar à la plage ferme très vite s'il n'y a pas d'activités à cet endroit. En ce qui concerne les chambres, grande et spacieuse mais manque un peu de modernisation. Manque également de meubles de rangement. Petit plus, nous avons été agréablement surprise de l'accueil le premier jour avec petit jus d'orange et serviette rafraichissante mais très déçues du départ .. aucune proposition de nous aider à transporter les bagages etc. Manque également de communication quant à certains services dans l'hôtel, utilisation des tables ping pong ou billard ou encore de lunch à emporter en cas d'excursion. Dommage ...

Villaggio grazioso

Villaggio grazioso ma dedito soprattutto ad ospiti stranieri. Il self service creava non pochi problemi soprattutto all'ora di punta. La spiaggia dovrebbe essere valorizzata e tenuta decisamente meglio.
