This hotel has several advantages which recommends it however have some setbacks which can be an impediment for some people: - first of all the location is perfect, cannot be better for someone who is coming to Istanbul to visit museums, mosques and palaces - the room was very hot and, for us, was important because we catch a cold weather - the room was clean with sufficient towels with technology options at the dor for not disturbing or cleaning option. In this way they were entering to clean the room, change the towels and give two bottles of water only when choose it. - there is an elevator that is moving you very fast from the reception/entrance to the needed floor - the breakfast is sufficiently varied to satisfy Muslims and European visitors in the same time - the fact that, any time of the day, you could go to the main lobby and take free coffee, tea, water (including bottled) and even several types of juice (orange, kiwi, apple) is a positive part and is helping when you are coming after several hours of visiting - the price for booking a room for four days was better than the majority of the hotels in the same Sultanahmet area - the a ability and willing to help of the hotel personnel is another positive aspect which is very important for first time turists. Negative parts: - the rooms (at least ours) are tiny, maximum 12-14 square meters, without anything else than the bed and a TV on the wall, no wardrobe, no desk and no other chairs or armch

this hotel is located next to all the main attractions but other then that, its a very bad hotel,i got scammed my last day there, i wanted to get a bus to the airport, i paid 10 euros for this at a different hotel 3 weeks earlier, this hotel charged me 15 euros, i asked why the difference, the receptionist said the company makes the prices, not the hotel, its a disgrace he could lie straight to my face, very bad impression of the hotel standards

People. Ahmed was fabulous. He went above and beyond the call of duty .... such a nice person ...!!!! Mahammad was helpful also.... the Breakfast people served wonderful breakfast.... and there was a Precocious parrot named Jacob .... all rooms had windows and The water got hot immediately you didn’t have to wait for warm water ....I actually stayed there twice because I liked it so much

Nice and clean smoke free hotel close to Gulhane Tram station. Buffet breakfast hot and cold available. Most important part you can hear the Azaan in your hotel room. Complimentary toiletries and slippers, kettle to make your own hot drink. Close to Grand Bazaar, Spice Souk, Blue mosque.

It has a great location. Near Ancient places, and with 2 minutes distances from various transportation means.

Firstly, they gave us small room what for only one person. Secondly, bathroom was terrible. First night we had to change our room but new room little bit better than old. Breakfast was enough. Location is very good. There is only 100 meter to Gulhane Tram Station. The Hotel is good for one person not two and more.

Great location due to proximity to attractions, restaurants and trams, which run very frequently. Economy roomy small with limited room, but comfortable. Daily breakfast same each day. Loved the 24 hour access to drinks, especially coffee on the house. Nice seating area at front of hotel and good wifi throughout.

The location for this hotel is perfect for short walks to many of the major sights and museums. The hotel had small but beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the breakfast and the juices every day. We would definitely stay here again.
