Overall had a great experience. The lady at the front desk was nice and knowledgable about the hotel. There was a tag, on door, that said the room was clean and when walked in could smell it. Was a pleasnt smell, not like stronger cleaner smell. Would stay here again.

Bed was lumpy Tv remote was flaky. No in room coffee. Lousy breakfast. Otherwise it was fabulous

Quiet, peaceful, clean!

The room was nice, modern in decor. I received no room service the 3 nights I was there. Everything was great up to check out. There was a female (I believe) that gave me complete attitude the morning of my check out...for absolutely NO reason. When I asked her name, she stated her name was Travis. She really affected the outcome of my stay. Even without property (ANY) room service, my stay was very enjoyable up to the point of dealing with the front desk personnel when checking out.

The parking lot is small and many people double parked their vehicles. The customer service check in was nice and easy. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Beautiful rooms. The rooms does not come with a microwave. There is only 1 older model microwave in the ENTIRE hotel. It’s located in the lobby near the front desk. However, the walls are thin as there was a party going on next door. Someone did call the police for that party and another. Overall the hotel is okay but I will not be returning due to the parking issues, disturbances, inconvenience with the microwave. SB: This hotel is directly next to Carolina Ale House, the mall, and so many more restaurants and a Dave and Busters so that’s a major plus. Location is everything!!

Toiletries are in large dispensers which are difficult to squeeze Bed was very comfortable It sounded like something was dripping in the wall all night Also the smoke detector had 2 small blinking lights that blinked all night. Very disconcerting Lobby was colorful and well laid out Small marketplace had a great variety

No microwave, no closet space, very tight space. No room for luggage

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. This was my second time staying there and the air conditioning units are very noisy when running and took a long time to cool my room.
