Good breakfast, very accommodating and friendly staff.

Checkin is at 3. When we arrived at 330pm our room wasnt ready, so we left and found lunch. As a warning, there is nothing by there and if you eat there please be warned. I did get sick. The neighborhood is very residential and in development. When we came back at 530, our room still wasnt ready and they only offered coffee and water. I spoke to a manager and finally got into the room at 630. Another group of people said there room wasn't ready until 7pm and they had to threaten to go to another hotel in order for there room to be done. The pool, in my opinion is on the wrong side. By 3pm its cold, because the sun is on the other side. Im not giving them one star because when we needed toliet paper or coffee they came fast and the hotel was clean. As an fyi, the building is still being worked on.

Hotel was new, clean, in a nice and safe area. Outside of Ciudad amurallada (walled city) but taxi was very afordable and it was like 7 minutes away.

Our checking took too long, the girl at front desk appear to be new, she was very king and courteous, and offered water. For some reason I was called to my room a few minutes later to read them my credit card number. The property is new, and the bed/pillows are SUPERB! Parking is outside, self service, uncovered. Overall, I will stay there again.

Decent Location, about a 10 minute ride to the walled city, 40 minute walk. Amenities were nice and the pool was decent, good hotel, decent price.

You get what you pay for really . Sure it’s a brand new hotel but the pictures do oversell it by a lot . The area really isn’t near the desired spot or spot that are really frequented . The hotel room doesn’t.have a mini fridge or a steam iron . Water in sink took forever to go away . Water pressure up and down. There are also many rules that aren’t listed on expedia. One of them being you are only allowed one guest at no additional cost . Any additional guest throughout the stay will cost an additional 50 US dollars per additional guests. It wasn’t really a pleasant stay . Sure the price was welcoming but stay away you will regret not paying the price xtra 20 for a better option . Hope that helps

Decent location...not great. Property is new and quite nice. Staff was excellent! Breakfast buffet was good and included.

Gorgeous new rooms. Great cook. close to the cruise port.
