I very much liked the very personal hospitality exercised by the hosts. The rooms themselves are small and the layout assumes that you'd prefer using a laptop on the bed on a desk. The only thing I worried about was perhaps the cleanliness of the sheets; I sincerely believe that this was a one-time oversight and not at all a pattern seen often in this hotel. Tolerating a lower ambient temperature in the room and bundling up wile indoors is apparently a Chilean thing and not something one should hold agains any hotel or residence in the country.

Great experience

This is a mom and pop hotel that is run by kind people who really care about your stay. I can't say enough about how good of an experience I had here, thanks to the family who owns the hotel. They made sure we were comfortable and happy multiple timers per day. They even make you breakfast. Don't judge this hotel based on how it looks from the outside - on the inside, it was perfectly comfortable and clean. The heater worked great and the shower is fine too. I can't recommend Hotel Sierra Bella enough.

What a great place. Run by a gentleman and his parents it has a homey bread and breakfast feel. They'll do anything to help you figure out the city and have a great stay. Super quiet, soft beds, cold in room air conditioning, nice shower with good water pressure, spacious common areas, what more do you need?

30er jaren in stijl

Het is een aardig basic en rustig hotel, maar nog helemaal in de stijl van 1930. De badkamers zijn gemoderniseerd in de 80 er jaren. Kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Krachtige warme douche. Het oudere echtpaar is zeer hulpvaardig en maakte er geen probleem van dat we met aankondiging om 04.00 arriveerden. De gastvrouw maakt heerlijke omeletjes met toast als ontbijt. De man gaat over de koffie. Vreemd dat je voor het tweede kopje koffie moet betalen. De locatie is niet zo centrum als wordt aangegeven. Het is ruim een half uur lopen naar de heuvel/park met uitzicht. De patio is verfrissend en de airco is echt handig.Met een aanbieding is dit hotel de prijs waard

Bom!

Fiquei 5 horas nesse hotel, cheguei em Santiago, 23h, já tinha um vôo para o Brasil, as 06h. Só entrei para dormir. Não tomei café, não conheci nada do estabelecimento. A única coisa que eu posso dizer que o hotel, é administrado por um casal de idosos, que já passaram de se aposentar.

La habitación es cómoda y limpia, el staff muy amable. El desayuno muy rico. No está ubicado tan cerca del centro pero sí de una estación de metro que te conecta con lugares de interés.
