Charming staff who were extremely helpful. Great location. Room a touch small but it was a standard room.

Hotel room was good size, clean, shower in the bathtub. Booked a comfort double room. Drinking water in corridor coolers. No lift. Stay was ok, but you can find better value hotels elsewhere. Presented with a 'minibar bill' on early morning checking out(wasn't even aware there was a minibar). In hurry to catch nearby train to Moscow so couldn't really discuss. I'm still furius that I had to pay up.

Modern and clean, but rooms very narrow - can't walk around double bed.

Prefect and new place to stay. A lot of different rooms, a lot of designs and very warm service

The hotel location was very convenient. Fantastic shower.The room was tiny.When we decided to roll up the Roman blind we discovered a hole in the glass pane that looked like a bullet shot. The deal included a bottle of sparkling wine which I had to remind about 3 times,breakfast menu was very basic.There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. But they offered us to serve tea on request. It was done so badly we never asked for tea again. During our stay we asked the receptionist to order a taxi. First taxi driver could’t find the hotel and we were rushed to walk into the very busy street where parking is forbidden to board the car. I felt very unsafe. The receptionist didn’t inform me about the price of the taxi . So I discovered the price of 3 taxi rides billed to my room at the check out. The numbers were significantly inflated. For example, I was charged 1900 roubles for the airport ride. I asked the taxi driver how much the taxi company has charged the hotel. It turned out the price was 910 roubles! And to conclude my unlucky stay at Kentron I nearly left without my suitcase. The porter took it downstairs but didn’t load into the car, though he stood in the doorway saying goodbye to us. We had to turn the car around at a risk to miss the flight. the receptionist has not apologised or provided any explanation of the incident. The above mentioned negative experience puts me off staying at this hotel . I can not recommend it to anybody!

New hotel, good location just a 5 minute walk to the train station. Friendly staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Building has a great style and has been renovated to a good standard. Facilities and location were perfect and I had a great nights sleep as we had a room at the back of the hotel.

Amazing Gem! We stayed at this hotel during our stay in St Petersburg and it was amazing! The kindest most accommodating staff I ever have see. Handling large issues such as room changes down to the smallest detail such as making and bringing you a latte free of charge! Every morning breakfast was brought to your room as part of the stay. no charge. The rooms are very modern definitely boutique but I felt very comfortable during my stay here and the price was just right. Would definitely recommend! If your from the US definitely check out this hotel during your next St Petersburg vacation!

Really comfortable room with friendly staff. Didn't like the wooden step in the shower booth, but other things helped me a lot to relax.
