Yellowstone Apartmentbed in Victor Idaho Near Jackson Hole

Bill is a great host and it's impressive he built this 2400 square ft home. My room he put me in was very spacious. It had it's own jacuzzi tub and a balcony overlooking the forest in his backyard. When I got there he showed me the tour of his home. He has a lot of cool things and he explained how he made his jewelry. We both shared an interest of music and one night after I got back from Yellowstone, we watched a lot of youtube videos. Great fun! His home is located close to the west side of the Grand Tetons which was very convenient and not very far away from the city of Jackson either. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and the breakfast he cooks is delicious and filling!

Bill is a great host. The room had a beautiful view from the balcony. Very comfortable amenities and excellent bed. The property is very easy to relax while staying.

It’s a good location, to Driggs, Targhee, Teton pass, a more mellow Teton Valley area compared to the hubbub of Jackson. Reasonable rates, great breakfasts, interesting host with lots of stories.

My hubby and friends had an excellent time at Bill's home. Bill was an excellent host and always went out of his way to make you feel at home. Bill's place is perfectly located between Yellowstone, The Grand Teton's and Jackson. We stayed in a room that was a walk back in time to the 1960's with tons of memorabilia, a turntable record player with albums from the past, cassette and VHS tapes, with an endless variety of movies. Bill's property is located in the woods and is very quiet and peaceful. Bill's is a great historian with stories to tell. Every morning was a blast with an endless cup of coffee as he cooked FROM SCRATCH breakfast and told stories. He shared things to see that weren't tourist traps, we took the back way entrance to Yellowstone and the drive was remarkable with sites to see. Ate at local Victor restaurants and breweries that were amazing and enjoyed the BEST huckleberry shake. Bill took us to a friends field to get fresh Idaho potatoes that we gathered from the ground that were left over from the harvest. Bill is an excellent artist of many things, I purchased from Bill's collection "The Lost Wax Casting Process" a bracelet for my hubby of the Teton's during the eclipse. Bill was a great host, gave us so many helpful advices for our trip. His house is very unique with full of his artwork. Bill also makes awesome breakfast.

We had a pleasant stay with good conversation with Bill and his other guests. He made a Very good breakfast that had super huckleberry/ raspberry jam. Thankyou Bill!

We had the best time staying at Bill's place. The location in Victor, ID was nearby great food and brewery options, and the 30 minute drive to Jackson over the mountain pass provided stunning views. The house was built by Bill himself and is full of art, unique furniture, and every movie and record you could imagine. The property was also stunning. Bill has a pretty cool roof deck you can enjoy while taking in the beautiful wooded scenery surrounding the cabin. The apartment itself can be closed off from the rest of the house if you prefer to keep to yourself, but I would not recommend it! Bill's breakfasts are as legendary as every review before this one mentioned. And we truly enjoyed talking with Bill and learning about his passions for music, movies, and world philosophy each morning. We left with some beautiful memories from our visit Jackson Hole/Grand Tetons/Yellowstone, but more importantly, we left with a new friend in Bill. Thanks for everything!

I would highly recommend Bill's place if you want to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Bill is so very accommodating and informative. He is close to some great fishing, hiking and sightseeing.

I had not reviewed the listing closely enough, and did not realize that it was not a private cabin. However, traveling with 2 young children, it was nice having Bill available for recommendations and information about the area.
