This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Due to the affordable pricing we werent expecting a lot but our expectations were exceeded. It was clean and safe. The property manager was very helpful and patient with us despite the language barrier. If in Madrid we will stay here again.

The property was only 10 minutes walk away from centre it was spotless and had everything you need

Great location in LaLatina neighborhood, just south of Centro. Near lots of tapas bars and small shops. Helpful staff. Reasonable cost. Room was spartan as expected. Dishwasher, but no dishtowels or dish soap. Courtyard building, so it was loud even though we were on the 4th floor.

It was much smaller than what i thought. Friendly staff and close to transportation.

I was disappointed with the apartment I got. It looked more modern in the pictures when we booked. I had chosen the penthouse. The elevator only took us to the 5th floor, so we had climb bunch of old stairs with our luggage to get to our booked apartment. The property was old, the floors had not been cleaned properly, the kitchen counters were dirty, the broken shower system did not work for us. We had to call the guy at reception to come and check it. He came late and somehow got it working. However, we ended up not taking showers as we had to leave. When I arrived in the apartment I complained about the dirty floors and counters, but the property manager said there was no cleaning staff at this time to clean it. So I ended up sweeping the floor and dusting myself. The access to the building was terrible as it is on a private street with only limited access to residential vehicles. We had to find parking 4 blocks away. Very inconvenient.

Close to metro. AC not as cold especially it’s peak of summer. Front desk person does not speak English well and have to use google translate.

This apartment hotel is in a great location. Everything is within a 10-45 min walk. Joel that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. If in madrid again will definitely stay more. Thank you!

The staff was wonderful! Very attentive, helpful and friendly. Always cheerful, even when I asked for something at 10:00pm. Fantastic location, very walkable to sights, food, Metro, everything that was beautiful and charming in Madrid.
