It had a bad smell and it did not look like it did on the pictures and could not talk to anyone I will never stay there again

I me and my family can go Miami to find out that they canceled my stay at the door and not to mention they took my money!

Hi, it was a nice stay, but super loud music coming from third floor, good size of apartment, very clean, should have a baggage storage, definitely miss that, conveniently location, the housekeeping was super friendly.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a loud humming sound, I later figured might be from the unit atop the roof. I reached out both to Expedia and to the property contact to look into a room change and was without success. I ended up having to go buy earplugs in order to sleep. The property contact never responded when I followed up in the morning about there being no WiFi (free or paid) available. I made clear on that little inquiry for I had to fill out to say my purpose for travel and give my bio. I clearly stated that I was there to work. No response. I called Expedia and it was clear that the agent I got was also being frustrated by lack of response but I was further disappointed when she left me with a voicemail box and never called back to update me, even though she confirmed the best number to reach me should we get disconnected! I suffered through having to hotspot into my meetings all while dealing with the loud humming. I had to move the bed to the opposite side of the room to lessen the vibration that was being felt down the wall. This was not a good experience. Expedia has never let me down before. I blame it on the one agent as it is not a reflection of what I am accustomed to receiving from Expedia. Will still only book with Expedia.

It was amazing. Great customer service. The place was super clean and the staff was extremely nice.

Communication between the administration and the guesses are very limited. I had some questions regarding some items in the studio and it was impossible to get an answer.

Great location, but know what you are getting. This is a no frills place. There is no housekeeping or other amenities that you might Come to expect. TV and internet did not work, a tiny tabletop ironing board that did not stay up, and although location was great, the windows are so dirty that you can't see out. If you are just looking for a two star hotel in a great location, this might work for you, just know what you are getting from the beginning.

I had booked 6 six nights in "luxury studio apartment with beach view". Booking was made several weeks in advance of the stay. Upon arrival in Miami it turned out that the owner/agency (SoBeNY) had missed my reservation due to a "glitch" in their system (despite me having received a confirmation email from Hotels.com). I was offered a different apartment of much lower quality and as I didn't want to accept this, I was offered a full refund. However, now, two months later, I have still not received the refund. I have contacted SoBeNY's customer service multiple times via email and phone, and mostly they just ignore my contacts. When I finally once in a while do get a reply they just confirm again that they will now move on to make a refund - but nothing happens. Their customer service manager, Jimmie Chatmon, seems to have a clear strategy of just stalling the process endlessly. On VISA’s request I have now submitted an affidavit and given my consent to them initiating a criminal case against SoBeNY for fraud. Do not put your vacation at risk by booking this place.

The location is very good and there is no need to use keys to enter the building and the room. they do not clean the room daily
