Nice stay in Pickering

The host was really friendly and the check-in well organised. Also showed us us some cakes on the dining area which could be taken for a snack. Room was clean and comfy with a wash basin in. We had the garden Room so had a separate bathroom but this was only a few steps away from our room so was no problem. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Breakfast is booked the night before and cereal and juice etc was waiting for us in the morning. The hot food came quickly after we had finished the cereal etc. and was very tasty. Short walk to the cente, would recommend booking a meal in the evening as seem to get booked up. Would stay here again and recommend it.

Lovely b&b

Super quick check-in, greeted with a smile by our hosts. Room was lovely, with a comfy bed, and marshmallow like duvet and pillows! And a sofa to relax on after being put. No bath, but we knew that and the shower was powerful and the water hot , taking away any aches we had from walking. Breakfast was selected each day and cooked to order with fresh tea and coffee. And fruit juices. About a 10 minute walk from the centre, the location was spot on.

This is undoubtedly a lovely place to stay, clean, fresh and attention to detail. My only issue which slightly effected comfort was in their garden room. Private bathroom was first a first class room, with first class fittings and quality toiletries but it was down the hall and not ensuite. The other rooms were ensuite but full the night we visited. I mistook ' private ' for 'ensuite 'that said it does deserve a 10 status on the website.

Lovely B&B. Warm welcome. Well appointed room. Everything spotless. Lovely made to order breakfast. Very Covid aware. Cannot fault Pear Tree House; recommended!

A Great Place to Stay - Ideal for NMYR

This is a lovely little hotel/B&B. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Nice en-suite shower room/wc. \We slept really well as it was so quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Full-cooked breakfast in the morning was also excellent. I recommend the Pear Tree very highly and we would definitely stay again if ever in Pickering

Mini break in Pickering.

Pear Tree bed and breakfast is beautifully done up, clean and comfortable . There is ample parking . Hosts are warm, served genrous breakfast and had readily topped up with fresh towel, biscuits, tea, etc. They gave fantastic suggestions for walks and day trips. The area is beautiful and there are lovely walks nearby. The coast is accessible too. We will be going back !
