ELEGANT AND TYPICALLY VENETIAN 2-STEP FROM THE ONLY PARK

Away from the hustle of Sam Marco and surrounding area, castello and the area around has some great shops and restaurants, but the the real gem is luciano and this wonderful fully renovated apartment, ground level in a safe and quiet area, he met us at ferry and walked us to property and then showed us every little feature it was a great, we travelled with out two kids aged 21 and 18 they had there own room separate beds highly recommend this place

Nice property with comfortable beds, all the amenities in the kitchen and a super modern shower with radio. Luciano was a great host, he met us at the water taxi stop and walk us to his property. He also offered a great price or our group to go around in his boat and recommended good restaurants. I recommend this place for a great stay in Venice. Walking distance to nice restaurants and close to the only park in Venice.

Luciano is great , picked us up at the water taxi stop and gave us a great tour of the neighbourhood and Appartment. We also went on a boat tour with him which was fantastic. He gave us references for restaurants which were the best. The Appartment is charming but it would help if it was air conditioned. At minimum it would require a second fan for the Gest room. It would also be important to get the dehumidifier going prior to the gest arrival. When we came in it was quite humid and a bit uncomfortable. We got the dehumidifier going on the second day and it was much better. The Appartment is great with all the accessories. We enjoyed the small outdoor space.

Loved the location and was perfect for a quick trip

We liked the area and the place but Luciano charged another 75 € to check In after 9 pm as that was not in the information when we booked it! He met us at the boat and was nice but since it was after 9 pm he was in hurry to show us to place and leave! Speaks no English so make sure you know Spanish or Italian! Nice place

Das beste ist die Lage Ruhig und doch zentral Mitten zwischen den beiden Haupt-Ausstellungs-Locations der bienale

Le propriétaire qui nous reçoit est très sympathique, la localisation de l'appartement est à la fois pratique pour accéder aux transports (arrêts S. Pietro in Castello, Giardini), très pratique pour faire des courses (boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie...) et très calme. L'appartement en rdc est très bien rénové, et bien équipé, en particulier pour faire la cuisine. Pour un séjour l'été, il est idéal, car le rdc conserve la fraicheur et une pénombre agréable. Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans l'appartement très facilement, et nous pensons y revenir. Merci beaucoup à M. Marin pour les belles vacances !

We had a realt Nice stay in Venice. Our hosts were friendly and came to our help when we needed it. We Will come back. We were 5 people in the apartment. There is one (very nice) bathroom but not two (we read the description as two). Easy to cook and eat in the kitchen and really perfect location if you want to visit the biennale. Nice area!

Signor Luciano molto disponibile, casetta molto carina, ben fornita e ottima posizione per la Biennale .

Luciano est très conviviale. L'appartement est refait avec gout. Mais il y a 2 chambres et non 3. L'appartement est pour 6 adultes et un enfant. Si on veut rajouter un lit bébé, le tarif est de 15€/nuit, ce n'est pas préciser dans l'annonce.
