Lovely Apartment at Rialto Bridge

Great place!!!!

We loved the central location of this apartment!

The Rialto is so close that you're in the heart of everything here, but it's quiet, out of the way and easy enough to find at the same time. The apartment was fine for four of us with two teenagers and had the right level of facilities for a five day stay, including a washing machine. Communication was excellent and the welcome was perfect - even after our train had been delayed. Easy to walk from the station if you bring backpacks rather than suitcases. We walked all over Venice, got vaporettos on two days and really enjoyed our stay in the city. The nearby department store has a roof top terrace that you can book a 15 minute slot on (free) - well worth taking your camera up for. Lots of places to eat - just get off the main drag and head east or cross the Rialto. We'd come back, for sure.

Our stay was really great. The beds upstairs were not good though.. my two daughters ended up sleeping in the bed downstairs with me complaining of back pain because they could feel the springs on the mattress. Other than that it was really pleasant.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. The owner was very accommodating in sending someone to meet us at the vaporetto stop as it would be very hard to find the first time without a guide. The apartment itself was clean and airy and had everything we needed for our family of 5 to be comfortable for several days. The loft area was comfortable, but the stairs were a bit narrow and wiggly and it was impossible for us to stand up straight - it would be great for kids - a bit more difficult for older adults. But we were able to do it (mid-50's) and the beds were plenty comfortable. The pull-out couch was comfortable for our 24 year old - but does block the front door so you really must be in for the night before making up the bed! This worked perfectly and was extremely close to everything. Easy walk to St. Mark's square or the Rialto bridge and a delicious restaurant practically right in the front yard.

The apartment was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and was nicely furnished. There is one central A/C, but it didn’t cool the upstairs bedroom in the middle of summer, so we utilized the queen sized sleeper sofa plus the master bedroom and all was good.

We had a very nice time staying at this apartment. The location was excellent and the apartment was clean. It was a good size for our family of four.

Property was in a great location - quiet but still near everything. Owner arranged to let us in early to leave our luggage after arriving on the night train - both a kind and convenient service- much appreciated. Everything you need is there (though we didn’t make dinners in the apartment - there is no oven, just a microwave)... but comfy A/C, washing machine, dish washer, ample towels and linens and good layout for 2 adults/2 kids. Living space would benefit from an ottoman or foot stool but overall very good.

The apartment was very nice, perfect for our family of four. My kids loved the bedroom up the spiral stairs. The location was great, a few minutes to Rialto stop, plus in the middle of great restaurants and shops.

Very clean, centrally located to the attractions as well as the transportationhubs, coffee bars, grocery store and market!
