The staff at this hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was just as described very clean and tidy and the food was excellent.

Very clean and tide, unfortunately I have to shower with cold water. I hope the hotel management get this problem sorted.

This booking was replacement from a horrible hotel, I had booked before. Rollace did please us in our change. Rollace may not be the top of hotels, but the staff were friendly and it's close to the airport. The breakfast leaves room for improvement, but everything else was satisfactory for the cost. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a good experience as the room clean, large and with a comfortable bed. High standard of services, staffs were helpful and accommodating. Will recommend to anyone travelling to Nigeria as I would definitely stay there again when next in lagos.

The property is clean and updated . Fresh towels in room. However washcloth should be made available. Would also like to see pos machines for International Credit cards. I would return to lodge at this hotel again.

The pool area was beautiful at night while having a drink. The colorful lights shimmering off the pool was my favorite

Close to the airport and the facility is pretty new, the hotel cleaners are great at what they do and the security staffs. The front desk and the kitchen staffs are the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with. Firstly, they started by providing us with one key to the room even though it meant for two people, after over 22 hours of flight, the front desk were arguing with me as it is a universal policy to have a single key to a room. secondly, one of the waiters in the kitchen had to steal 1,000 out of the money i paid for food while hosting friends and families, making it seems like i wanted to short pay her. I ordered a room service, the price on the menu in the room reflect 3,500 but they lady in kitchen was claiming it is 4,000, I am a strong believer in tipping people, but don't try stealing from me. I got frustrated with front desk and kitchen that i had to complain to the manager. No matter how nice a property is, if your front desk and kitchen are terrible then something is wrong. If you can endure dealing with ride kitchen and front desk, then you are welcome to stay there, but i am never going back. And the rooms doesn't have a microwave and an ironing board, you will have to pay to get your clothes ironed. For the amount they charged, it doesn't worth it.
