WiFi was poor connection in the room - I had to leave the room to be able to work. The advert for hotel said there was Netflix but the TV remote was unable to select episodes making it unable to be used - so there is no Netflix. The hotel did not have our breakfast booking on the system, and a reservation is required, the staff made a point to tell us this before making space for us to have a breakfast which was included.

Newly renovated hotel in a heritage building with a grand central staircase - 20 minute walk from Den Haag Centraal. My room was facing the central square, a beautiful view with a daily concert at noon thanks the Carillion accros the square! Free room service for breakfast was definitely a plus. Great stay and location, authentic and curated feel!

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the Hotel is really nice, modern set in an old structure, with great views. Breakfast was good, great location. Room was comfortable and clean. Would certainly stay here again.

Loved the hotel and food and room and location, but almost every day the swipe card to enter my room didn't work, and I'd have to walk back do to reception to get it fixed, and I never once received any apology. And on my last day it happened three times, I walked back up and down the stairs, the last time becoming highly exacerbated. Still no apology. Great place, but poor service.

New and clean hotel. Exceptional. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, simple modern and efficient design. The entrance was a bit hard to spot. In circled around the block 2-3 times to find the door. It is the small door of the big historic building between the Greek restaurant and the luggage shop. I walked from Den Haag Central station, dragging my suitcase down the brick-path for 20 mins. It would be a nice walk if you don’t have too much luggages. Actually a short taxi or Uber ride is better, which I did on my way back. Only 6euros. It was My room faces the patio dining of the bar restaurants. So I heard drunk people partying and talking loudly until 2am. Breakfast was very tasty and well managed. I will stay there again! It was a pleasant stay nonetheless.

Although we only stayed for a night, everything about this place was lovely. The highlight was certainly the staff, all of whom went out of their way to help us and did everything they could to make our stay relaxed and comfortable. Excellent central location, delicious breakfast and fun quirky rooms and building.

New property on the block. 3 floors with modern rooms and very comfy beds. I stayed for one night - flew in on a late flight from Budapest and took the train to Den Haag. The property accommodated my late check-in. Staff is warm, friendly and helpful. I slept like a baby. Well rested to catch my train to Antwerp. Thank you!! Their breakfast room is super cute and the breakfast spread delicious! Lots of good options including a nice little salad 😋 (after being on the road for 30 days enjoying the rich cuisine of countries in Europe a fresh salad is so perfect). Highly recommend this property.
