Overall great location and walking distance to local restaurants.

The room was very large, and I liked that it was split up between a living room and bedroom. Kitchenette was included with fridge/microwave and utensils makes it easy to prepare food. Very safe location next to the park with many things to do.

For the budget minded traveler this is great choice. The room has all the essentials for comfortable stay (refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette with 2 burners) along with large bed and bathroom. The location in La Condesa is a plus. The area is quite, safe and walkable. Lot's of options to eat and drink. The only negative are the thin walls. Heard my neighbor more than I would have liked too. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore this awesome city and just needs a place to relax after a long day of adventure, pop beer open and put your feet up.

Helpful friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Quiet neighborhood

The property was close to where I had planned to be to meet friends. It was relatively quiet, clean, and the staff was helpful. While I could not easily communicate (My Spanish is virtually non-existent) I was able to enjoy my stay. Many places to eat within 10-20 minute walk. I will probably return next year.

A great location in the Condesa neighbourhood with lots of coffee shops and places to eat nearby. A residential area which was very quiet. The room was kept spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable.

We had a very comfortable experience staying at Condesa Suites. We felt very much at home and it's location is very convenient for parks, restaurants and bars
