Aggie House - Historical Twin Cottage

The house is very charming and the owners are great to deal with. They responded within minutes to resolve a minor issue with the heating system during our stay, very impressive! We’ll be staying here again.

The property is an ideal location in Louisville. One block from restaurants and bakery. It is about a 15 minute drive to Boulder. The house is sparkling clean. Every detail is charming and well thought. We greatly enjoyed the home and our stay. We will definitely look to see if the home is available the next time we visit Boulder.

We had such fun staying in this modern historic home. The decor is charming and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to downtown Louisville. We walked from the house to eat at several downtown restaurants...highly recommend the pizza at Lucky’s. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet comfortable stay.

This property is amazing! Don't let the small size fool you - it has been designed so efficiently that the interior is very roomy - very comfortable for four people. The owner obviously paid a lot of attention to details - everything in this home is perfect - the décor, amenities, everything. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable, and the location perfect - close to many restaurants. Next time we're in the area, we will definitely book this home!
