Room service was awful, take forever to deliver to your room. Food was just mmehh, ok. not much to do in a hotel, not even enough beach seats to enjoy sun. overall not really recommended

I was not impressed with the service or food. The view and general aesthetic of the property were incredible, however we were not told to make an appointment for a COVID test when we checked in. We also weren’t given towel cards so the lady at the towel check by the pool mean mugged me for days Everytime I asked for a towel. Finally someone explained to me the process. The food felt like it was school lunch quality. Nothing to write home about and a big disappointment. We couldn’t even get simple Mexican staples, for example, they didn’t have corn tortillas in the entire hotel. The restrictions on the time of food felt strict as well. If I wanted a late lunch or early dinner, chances were the restaurants were closed. Most importantly, the alcoholic beverages were gross at best. They clearly watered down their liquor bottles and one of the bartenders even told a guest this and grabbed a new bottle to make him a drink. The syrups they add were just cheap tasting so I ended up not drinking. Which was a big reason we selected all inclusive. Again, the place was beautiful but there were so many gaps from the expectations set in the description and what we thought we were paying for, vs what we got. I can’t say I’ll ever come back to this hotel.

Great place for first time travelers and families new to Mexico enjoy their time off together. The location of the property offers everything from enjoying a plethora of fun activities by the "Funtastic team" all on resort grounds. Especially the fire dancers shows and live bands. If you want to explore, it costs only10 pesos (0.50c) USD to take the bus to the city and enjoy the all kinds of fun.

Front desk staff including the manager were not real helpful or organized at getting people in line taken care of. Beautiful room, clothing from previous occupant left in the closet. Maid service very unpredictable and inconsistent. Nice pool area and beach, Good service from staff there. Restaurants were very disappointing, food quality not great, wait times for Italian and Mexican places. Fish place was terrible. Loved the 12th floor set up.

Amazing front entrance and friendly staff. The entire building is very modern. The check-in staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I arrived to the facility before check-in time and they were very accessible on my earlier check-in request. The food is amazing! The pools are a bit small, but there are several options to pick from. Bartender David is the best (Sports bar-underground). I love the fact that this resort has the most beautiful clear looking beach (according to all the Uber drivers) and I concur. Also, you will feel safe knowing that you have a private beach access from the hotel. Not to add, but every day they have different entertainment events for all ages. If you have children, just know they have daycare and special activities for children of all ages. It’s a bit far from the downtown area to go walking, but I recommend you take Uber (cheaper than regular taxis). Overall, I highly recommended this hotel!

El hotel está a 15 minutos del malecón. En una zona muy llena d cerros y árboles, nosotros ya habíamos ido antes a Vallarta y eso es lo que buscábamos porque el hotel tiene unas vistas espectaculares. La playa en la q está ubicado es un paraíso. Las habitaciones están muy bien. El area d albercas esta bien y tienen una área para niños. Y lo más padre del hotel la terraza con la alberca y bar solo para adultos. Los restaurantes muy sabrosos todos. Y también d lo mejor es la atención que te da todo su personal.

We did not like that rooms were not ready once check in time they would tell us 20 more min then 30 more min food can be a lot better and room service cleaning and be a lot better as well all in all it’s ok
