Really loved this hotel! The room looking out at the river was gorgeous, there was netflix, a well-stocked kitchen, and it's right across from a grocery store and fitness studio. The air conditioning is good but has an autooff timer which makes it quite warm at night.

Absolutely perfect. A home from home.

This place has nothing to envy from other hotels. Awesome view, great amenities, quiet area but walkable distance from markets. Was doing a business trip with my +1 and we enjoyed every single moment we stayed in that apartment.

The hotel was wonderful, the apartment we booked was clean, modern and had everything in it you would need. The receptionists were great and extremely helpful!

Excellent place to stay because of location. We walked everywhere and when it rained it was a 10 min Uber ride from Zeil. The wifi was not the best but they said they were working on it. They don't pay for the higher cable package so all the TV channels are in German except for CNN and the wifi was not strong enough to connect to Netflix.

I’m not sure why this is a vip property ? It was fustrating that we found ourselves very under the weather and in need of water in the evening after the Aldi was closed . There was no place to buy water or any sort of liquids on property :(. There is a bar/restaurant but it closed quite early.. They advertise a king bed but it is 2 twins pushed together which was I buy fustrating and uncomfortable for 2 people . If you end up in a room on the first floor facing the road it’s very noisy .

Wonderful room for our time in Berlin, and you can see why they rent out on a short term basis as well, with a the spacious, modern suites. Had a very unfortunate incident where the front desk gave another guest access to our room and my wife and I had someone enter our room just before midnight. There should be safeguards in the building's booking system so this CANNOT happen, as it affected our comfort levels and ability to feel secure in the room.

Great Location, Nice surroundings, excellent rooms well equipped. The room has a nice feeling like your in your own apartment and the view from my balcony was amazing!

Public parking is not good, we when to check in no place to park, and can't get to park under ground till you registered
