Staff was always attentive and willing to solve any requirement. We requested a late check out and with no doubt was immediately granted. Most hotels always limit this type of request, which makes no sense in most of the cases. Congratulations Rodavento! I can't wait to visit your Veracruz location.

It’s in the middle of town and has great view. But when we got there at 4:10 pm the rooms were not ready and we were sent to deck to wait. While there my son ordered food and ended up with food poisoning which pretty much ruined the stay for us. As a vourtesy for the “mishap” he was sent a courtesy chicken soon the next day…. The food manager came to talk to us, and was happy to blame the event onn”rooms not veing ready”. The new years meal was invluded in orice. I ended up with an upset stomach the next day, too. I just really font think they have the food down at this place. Terrible!

Great boutique hotel!

We enjoyed a lot this boutique hotel, the room is very nicely decorated and comfortable, with an eye for the detail. The swimmingpool is very nice and the views from the lake are amazing. The only issue is they charge extra for most things (ie toothbrush)
