Hotel was nice. Great location. It has elevators but I wouldn’t consider it very handicap accessible. There’s at least a few step on each floor that you have to take. We didn’t need handicap so it didn’t bother us. It’s just something I make note of since my father would’ve needed it if he were there and maybe someone else needs that information as well. Definitely no regrets staying there.

The location is iDisk to all the stores and eating places, walking on the river Danube and sightseeing

Very nice hotel. Our room was bit noisy on the street side but that’s to be expected given its great location. Beautiful and delish breakfast! Large room, flower boxes in the windows, full size shower!

This hotel has no business being rated as four star. No air conditioning, hot, noisy, third rate bar and bar service, under-staffed, few amenities. The bar was tiny and poorly stocked. It had an open door in it leading to a bicycle storage room. The bar server doubled up as the receptionist and was never in the place that they were needed. This is the only hotel that I have been in that issued ear plugs to its guests. Just awful.

Huge room, great view, would definitely stay here again.

Central to the old town & on the Danube. Nice rooms & great breakfast.

This hotel was awesome! We had a two-room suite, very spacious, and windows overlooking the Danube. A very nice find.

We stayed here for a night following a river cruise. It was excellent. The hotel is exceptionally well positioned for such a stay and is likewise situated in a very nice part of Passau. It provided a very nice, clean, and comfortable stay with a super breakfast. All that for a most reasonable price. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast. Great bicycle storage for those like me with bikes. A little bit starting to show its age but a very nice stay and would stay again. Make sure you enter on the church side, not the Danube side or you will think you are staying in a very rundown place. It’s not, but oddly the river side entrance is less than enchanting (lots of tour buses on the river side).
