Great apartments! Cool place to stay! Its like having a DEPA ( your own apartment) in Downtown. Hope to find more like this. Would stay there again and again.

The hotel/apartment was nice. The problem was the service. It was the security guard who checked us in, but it was not much of a check in - there were no explanations of where to find the wifi password, times for breakfast, or information about facility. There was a ping pong table (a reason I chose the hotel) and asked for the ball but it never came and no explanation. Also when we went for breakfast, there was no spread, just cereal with no milk in sight. I asked an employee (since there is no reception desk) if breakfast is included. She said yes but we did not get to eat since there was coffee but no sugar or creamer and nothing else in sight. Disappointed with the service but the location is walking distance to the main streets downtown and was clean.

De "eazy" no tiene nada. El servicio que prometen nada que ver con lo que pagas. Problemas de energía eléctrica, el elevador nunca funciona, lavar tu ropa es una pesadilla. En general mucho que desear. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. No te ponen toallas ni sábanas ni te hacen la limpieza, el desayuno, no es un desayuno, aunque sí te lo cobran. Duplicaron mi pago, llevo dos meses tratando de solucionarlo y nadie me responde.

Que aceptan pets, es escelente. Es limpio. El personal muy amable. La cama perfecta. Tiene gimnasio.
