Very nice property our room with ocean view, excellent breakfast. Helpful and friendly hotel staffs. We stayed there for 12 days. When we come back will book there again.

A good solo break

A really nice hotel in a prime location for just about everything! All of the staff were polite and spoke great English. Robin Hieu (who works at Vinpearl Cua Hoi) called the hotel ahead of my stay and made sure I was looked after. He's a great asset to the company and should be rewarded for his excellent customer service!

We had a room on the 35th floor with a balcony, great view. The hotel is walking distance to great restaurants plus is directly across from the beach. We had a kitchenette in our room however the refrigerator wasn’t cool enough, even still an issue after it was switched for another. The staff explained that is how all their fridges are which we found quite odd as we’ve travelled all over the world. The swimming pool staff were super friendly however it took a long, long time for them to make us two drinks. It’s a great pool area with a wonderful view of the ocean, very relaxing. Excellent buffet breakfast as well 👍

Building is very elegant and classy. Rooms are big and spacious. Aircon wasn't working well, so we had to change rooms (which wasted an hour of our holiday time). Located right next to the beach. If you're a partier, then great, you get noise from the clubs til 3am. If not, you may have wished you stayed further away from 'the sailing club'. It was our honeymoon trip, hotel did not acknowledge this like other hotels did. Not the cheapest hotel, so expected a higher level of service. Everything was just OK.

Water front rooms are very noisy because of the street below, there a a couple of beach bars that play music late into the night and there are beach loud speaker announcements very early in the morning.

Great place but very loud atmosphere

Great place to stay. It is in a good location across the street from the beach and surrounded by restaurants. The rooms were very nice and clean. The pool was great and the rooms are large. However, it is right across the street from a night club on the beach and they blast music all night. The windows are not sound proof so it's very noisy. In the morning we were woken up at 6am everyday by a large group of people screaming on the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway this is not the place to stay. There was also a lot of waiting here. No one at the front desk knew anything, whenever we asked a question they always told us to wait 5 minutes for an answer. That was very frustrating.

It is suitable for a family tour. But they don’t have any dinner restaurant at this hotel and the swimming pool is too small and didn’t provide a beach towel and sun bed for staying at the beach.

Beautiful property. The rooms were very clean. We were checked in and a upon going to our room the keys did not work so we had to make our way down for new keys. We get escorted to our room to make sure they work this time only to find out they had put us in a room that was already occupied! It took about an hour to sort all this out. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience.

Very happy with the hotel itself. Conveniently next to a nice mall with a supermarket A little disappointed with the beaches. They are public and there was trash everywhere. The city of Nha Trang and the hotels need to do something to clean up their beaches. Makes me not want to return to Nha Trang. The Vinh Pearl property was very nice and clean. We spent more time at the hotel pool vs the beach.
